Refund Policy:
At Curbside Marketing Agency, we commit to delivering high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. However, in the unlikely event that Curbside Marketing Agency decides not to proceed with a client's project after initial acceptance, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
Contract-Based Services: Clients wishing to cancel a service contract are required to provide notice at least one month prior to the contract termination date. This advance notice helps us manage scheduling and resource allocation effectively.
Ala Carte Leads Services: For clients utilizing our Ala carte leads services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service date.
Non-Refundable Services:
All services provided by Curbside Marketing Agency are non-refundable except in cases where the agency is unable to fulfill the contracted services. We encourage clients to review the terms of service and communicate any concerns before entering into a contract.
Modification of Services:
If a client needs to modify the scope or direction of ongoing services, we request that this be communicated as early as possible. Adjustments to services may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the change and the stage of engagement.
